The Opportunity

I had the opportunity to collaborate with non-profit leaders within a company that concentrated on creating apps for underrepresented communities facing high levels of stress, including refugee camps. My role involved working within the User Interface and Research Team Department to drive innovation in the apps being deployed in Jordan, Chile, and Ukraine. Specifically, my focus was on enhancing the apps' accessibility to people in these regions. Although we had resolved the language barrier by translating our apps, I helped tackle the challenge of making the interface visually comprehensible to illiterate individuals.
